This
Yoga Teacher Training programme is one of
the unique opportunities for a seeker who is intended to learn
in order to teach. Teaching is an art. Teaching brings your
inner creativity to next level, develops sensitivity, makes
you alert and watchfulness while conducting the class.
You always meet new souls who are eager to learn in order
to transfrom their life. As a teacher you must have compassion
and love for the students who are dedicating his / her life
for learning Yogic life.
To be honest one can not become Yogasana teacher over night.
To be a good teacher you needs dedicate oneself for everyday
regular practice and love for sharing the knowledge which
has devloped the fragrence out of your practice, because you
cannot hold this Fragrance it has to travel.
In our one month yoga teacher training course we will explain
different aspect of Yoga. Though the emphasis would be given
on Yogasanas but that is not the whole. World yoga is very
commnly used by scriptures. You may hear karma Yoga,Tantra
yoga, Jyana Yoga ,laya Yoga Etc.Each one has its own imphassis
on thier practice.It differ from topic to topics
We will focus on Hatha Yoga Practice,aprart from that we
touch main sutra’s of patanjali. Ashtanga Yoga, Gheranya
Samhitha, Vedanta.

During the Practice of Asana how to activate different energy
center [Chakra’s], connecting all five sheathes [Five
bodies] in order to creates symphony among them. Unless we
connect all the five bodies, five Prana, five orgabce of action,
five senses and mind we cannot understand the meaning of yoga.
Hatha Yoga practice seems to be body oriended but it is
not, at the same time body is easiest to discipline than the
mind .through the practice of asana our body opens for Pranyam
[breathing].
Mr. B.K.S Iyengar has given wide range of knowledge about
the Asanas. We use his knowledge in our trainings.
Meditation is seventh step of Ashtanga Yoga.Thus we have
everyday meditation Practice which are based on Tantra Yoga,
Kundallni Yoga, Vedanta and from Osho.
Food is one of most impartment
aspect in Yogic life as well As in Aurveda. So have brief
description of Diet as well.

- Advance asanas from Hatha Yoga Tradition
- Advance Techniques of practicing Asana as per Patanjali.
- Pranayama - Different Types of Pranayama (with Kumbhaka
& Bandhas)
- Hatha Yoga Pranayama - Nadi Shodhan & diffrent types
of Kumbhaka,
- Mudras - 10 Types of Mudras (Psychic Gestures as explained
in Hatha Yoga Pradipika (including Mahamudra, Mahabandha,
Mahavedha, Uddiyan, Jalandhar, Moola, Viprit Karani, Khechari
- Tratak (concentrated gazing involving candle flame tratak)
- Kapalbhati (Frontal Lobe cleansing.
Meditation - Chakra Meditation, Kundalini Meditation [from
Osho], Guided meditation from Vedas and other types of Dynamic
meditations.
- Yoga Nidra-Psychic sleep.
Lodging & Bording Facilities
Neo Yoga center provides lodging facilities to students.
A student is provided with an independent room . Every huts/room
contained having attached toilet, A bed, mattress, blankets,
sheets and pillow are also provided.
A laundry service is available in the center at cost.
Note - We provide Yoga Mats to
the students to use during the course at NO extra charge.
Boarding-
Dining room provides pure vegetarian food in accordance
with the yoga life style; the food is on spicy.
Rules for Participants -
Please note that you are entering an YTTC or Yoga Retreats,
which is a new experience, the rules should be followed so
as to get the maximum benefit of this Environment and make
your experience enjoyable.
- For getting the best results from practice of yoga, the
participants are requested to adjust to this environment
as quickly as possible.
- Participants must follow the timetable.
- Participants must attend all sessions, Lectures and all
other activities.
- Please don't bring valuables, if you want ask to keep
them safely for you during the course.
- If you are physically unwell, you are requested to contact
the Medical Officer immediately.
- You can bring your medicines and continue personal treatment,
but it is advisable to inform about your ailment & treatment
to the medical officer or your class teacher.
- In case of major health problems initial treatment will
be provided by the medical officer, any further treatment
required during the course will have to be managed from
external medical experts on your own.
- .The food is strictly vegetarian. To experience good effects
of Yoga, please do not have anything from out side to eat.
- Alcohol, tobacco or other drugs / steriods / smoking
et al are strictly not allowed .
- Please bring 3 passport size photos with you.
